Independence Day Outdoor Yoga

Christine will be guiding you through a vinyasa flow leaving you feeling balanced , relaxed and refreshed!  This will be the first of our summer outdoor yoga series with your health and safety in mind.  Please see the guidelines below as we slowly move forward towards engaging together as a community.   SAFETY GUIDELINES **All classes will be held outdoors with 6 ft social distancing between mats.  Please be mindful of your distance from others when you enter and leave the gathering, as we want everyone to feel comfortable. **We will have designated areas to set up your mat. **In the event of bad weather, please monitor our page for rescheduling of class. **Please bring your own mat and props.  You may want a blanket under the mat to protect from the ground. **There will be plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes. Candles 🕯 will be abundant, which will hopefully discourage close encounters with the insect world. Feel free to bring bug spray if you choose to. **Please do not come to class if you have any symptoms of illness or have been in close contact with someone who is ill.  Kindly let us know if cannot make class so we are not waiting for you:) **There will be no transfer of money.  A basket will be set up for drop off of payment so please have the correct change.
